Role & responsibilities

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, coordination, counselling, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of international student recruitment and university admission processes.
• Strong relationship-management and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and CRM/MIS systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage targets, multiple stakeholders, and time-sensitive activities.
• Professional approach when interacting with international students and overseas partners.
• Knowledge of different international education markets will be an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, International Relations, Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Preferred Experience

Experience in international admissions, overseas student recruitment, university/college international offices, education consultancy, study-abroad services, or international business development will be preferred.
