Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable IT courses and career paths.
• Handle walk-in, phone and online inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Explain course curriculum, fees, batches, duration and career opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams when required.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain professional communication with students throughout the admission process.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Student Counselling or a similar role.
• Graduate preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
• Good follow-up and lead conversion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems is preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable working from our Surat office.

Incentives

• ₹5,000 incentive on achieving 7+ admissions in a month.
• ₹7,000–₹9,000 incentive on achieving 110%+ of the assigned target.
