Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Admissions Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in helping students choose the right educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding Online & Distance Learning programs.
• Understand candidates' educational requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and other relevant information.
• Handle leads and follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
• Convert prospective candidates into confirmed admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in counselling, sales, tele calling, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
