Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor / Admission Consultant to join our team in Udaipur. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their educational goals, guiding them regarding suitable courses and universities, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding overseas education, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
  • Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
  • Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses and programs.
  • Guide students through the complete application and admission process.
  • Assist students with application forms, documentation, transcripts, recommendation letters, and other admission requirements.
  • Provide information about universities, courses, career opportunities, visa requirements, and financial aid where applicable.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow up with students and parents.
  • Maintain and update student information, inquiries, applications, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Participate in student recruitment activities, webinars, events, open houses, and other outreach activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process and positive student experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to student inquiries, applications, and enrollments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admission counseling, student counseling, education counseling, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Experience in overseas education / study abroad counseling will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of admission processes and student documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong counseling, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple student inquiries efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM and MS Office is preferred.
  • Proactive, positive, and student-focused approach.
