IWP Academy, with 27+ years of excellence in vocational and creative education, is looking for energetic, career-focused professionals to join our Admissions Team at Patna Branch.

1. ADMISSION COUNSELLOR

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries, leads and walk-ins.
• Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, fees and admission procedures.
• Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and personal meetings.
• Maintain daily enquiry and follow-up records.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, school/college visits and admission campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Academic teams.
• Develop positive relationships with students, parents and referral partners.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and counselling skills.
• Confident, positive and target-oriented personality.
• Good follow-up and convincing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and WhatsApp.
• Education admission/counselling experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.

2. ADMISSION MANAGER

Experience: 3–7 Years preferred
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete admissions function of the Patna Centre.
• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly admission strategies.
• Set admission targets and monitor counsellor performance.
• Manage leads from digital marketing, walk-ins, references, schools and colleges.
• Train, motivate and guide the counselling team.
• Build admission networks with schools, colleges, corporates and local partners.
• Organise seminars, career counselling sessions, workshops and admission drives.
• Monitor lead conversion, follow-ups, admissions and revenue through MIS.
• Coordinate with Centre Head, Marketing and Academic teams.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual admission targets.

Preferred Skills

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, counselling and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in education admissions, sales or business development preferred.
• Strong local networking and relationship-building ability.
• Target-oriented approach with excellent follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/MIS/CRM.
