Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Experience: 2+ years in Admissions

Location: Amritsar, Punjab

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel prospective parents and provide detailed information about the school's curriculum, programmes, facilities, and admission process

* Manage the complete admission journey, from enquiry generation to application, follow-ups, and final enrolment

* Conduct effective parent counselling sessions and address queries professionally

* Regularly follow up with prospective parents to ensure timely lead conversion

* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling interactions, follow-ups, and admissions

* Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets

* Coordinate with the leadership, academic team, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless parent experience

* Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents while maintaining high standards of service

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in school admissions

* Excellent communication, counselling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

* Strong ability to engage with parents and convert enquiries into admissions

* Pleasing personality with a professional and confident approach
