Admission Counsellor

* Engage with prospective students and parents to understand

their needs and provide personalized counselling on study

abroad programs in Italy.

* Manage, and nurture leads through various channels, including

calls, emails, and online platforms.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into successful enrolments.

* Leverage your expertise in selling high-ticket products to build

trust and confidence with clients.

* Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth

application and visa process for enrolled students.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelors degree in any field (Education, Business, or related

fields preferred).

* 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in ed-tech or the

study abroad sector, handling high-ticket size products.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about helping

students succeed.

* Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
