Role & responsibilities

• Counsel students & parents regarding courses and career options
• Handle inbound & outbound leads via calls, chats & emails
• Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups
• Assist students in application & documentation process
• Resolve queries and build trust to improve conversion rate
• Maintain data and track interactions on CRM tools

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• 15 years experience in counseling / sales / customer handling
• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Target-oriented with a result-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
