Location: Pocket P-5, Builder Area, Plot No. F-2, near AWHO Apartment, Chi-II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201315

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins and other communication channels.

- Counsel parents and students regarding school admissions, curriculum, fee structure and admission procedures.

- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.

- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams during the admission process.

- Organise and assist with school visits, counselling sessions and admission-related activities.

- Achieve admission targets and maintain a strong conversion rate.

- Build positive and professional relationships with parents.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in school admissions, counselling, sales or customer relations preferred.

- Strong interpersonal, counselling and convincing skills.

- Confident, presentable and professional personality.

- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Experience

1–5 years or more of relevant experience preferred. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for counselling may also be considered.

A confident and articulate professional who can communicate effectively with parents, understand their requirements, provide accurate information and successfully guide them through the admission process.
