Admission Counsellor (Work From Home)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide prospective students on beauty & makeup courses

Drive sales by converting leads into enrollments

Conduct video counseling sessions & tele-calling

Participate in admission events and engagement activities

Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets

Key Requirements:

Experience: 16 years in Inside Sales / B2C Sales

Preferred Industry: EdTech / Beauty & Wellness / Banking / Insurance

Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)

Target-driven with a passion for sales

Comfortable with work-from-home setup

Working Details:

Shift: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days (Sunday fixed off)

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary + High Incentives (10,000 75,000/month)
