Admission Counsellor - Work From Home

Role & responsibilities

Reach out to prospective students/parents via calls and guide them regarding courses and admission procedures.

Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate academic/training programs.

Follow up regularly with leads to complete the admission process and achieve monthly targets.

Address student queries effectively and maintain accurate student/lead records.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Academic Counseling is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Must have a functional laptop, good internet connection, and a quiet home-working environment.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle student inquiries professionally.
