Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the complete student admission lifecycle from inquiry generation to final enrollment.
• Handle front desk operations, including welcoming parents and visitors, responding to walk-in inquiries, and providing accurate information about the school, curriculum, and facilities.
• Generate, track, and manage admission leads through CRM.
• Provide admission counselling to parents and students, understanding their requirements and guiding them appropriately to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Handle parent interactions professionally, addressing queries related to admissions, academics, fees and other concerns.
• Conduct and coordinate school tours for parents, highlighting key facilities, academic offerings, and value propositions of the institution.
• Support existing students and parents by resolving queries related to academics, fees, documentation, or general school processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, or Admission Counselling (preferably in an educational institution).
• Strong understanding of education industry trends and market dynamics.
