Role Overview

As a B2C Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving enrollments for our online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) degree programs. You will guide prospective learners through their journeyfrom initial inquiry to successful admissionusing a consultative sales approach.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and follow up with existing leads
• Engage candidates via calls, emails, chats, demos, and trial sessions
• Understand candidates career goals and recommend suitable programs (BA, BCom, BSc, MA, MCom, MCA, MBA, etc.)
• Deliver compelling product presentations and counseling sessions

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates having 1-6 years of experience in the similar domain are welcome
• Muist have experience of selling Online UG/PG programs for domestic universities
• Good communication skills required
• Must have a stable employment history
• Willing to work in a fast paced growing environment
