Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to manage admission enquiries, guide parents through the admission process, and support the school in achieving its enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Provide parents with accurate information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate campus tours and parent interactions.
• Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication.
• Guide parents through the application, documentation, and admission process.
• Maintain and update enquiry databases, admission records, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Support admission campaigns, school events, and promotional activities.
• Track enquiries, conversions, and admission targets.
• Ensure a positive parent experience throughout the admission journey.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer service, or a similar role; experience in the education sector is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow up effectively.
