As our Admission Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential students and their families, handling cold calling, lead generation, and initial engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact lives, innovate with purpose, and shape the future of education.

Role:

Prospective Parent Engagement (Lead to Contact Stage)

• Handle parent inquiries and explain school programs and admission procedures.
• Generate leads and encourage pre-applications or campus visits.

Admission Conversion (Contact to Admission Done Stage)

• Guide parents through the admission process and conduct school tours.
• Follow up with parents, address queries, and support admission conversions.

Application Process Management

• Verify documents, conduct student assessments, and issue offer letters.
• Coordinate fee payments and manage special admission cases, scholarships, and transfers.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Attend mandatory training sessions, meetings, and reviews.
• Stay updated on school policies and admission guidelines.
• Support school events, administrative tasks, and off-season activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth admission operations.

Requirements :

Atleast 1-3 Years of Experience in Admission Sales, customer service

Excellent Communication Skills
