About this role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on administration executive to manage day-to-day office and corporate cafeteria operations. The role will coordinate with employees, vendors, cafeteria and housekeeping teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient workplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day cafeteria operations, including breakfast, lunch and Hi-Tea services.
- Support cafeteria operations in food ordering, inventory monitoring and stock planning.
- Coordinate with cafeteria teams to ensure timely service, portion control, food quality and hygiene standards.
- Handle employee feedback related to cafeteria services and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support a positive, respectful and cooperative working environment among ground-level teams.
- Monitor office facilities and supervise housekeeping activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance, groceries, fresh produce, pantry, stationery and other routine requirements.
- Monitor inventory and raise purchase requests to prevent stock-outs and operational disruptions.
- Verify vendor deliveries and challans against received quantities and inventory records.
