Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records, files, and registers
• Coordinate in school events, meetings, conferences
• Maintain inventory
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and transport/facility staff
• Ensure compliance with school policies, government regulations, and documentation requirements
• Coordinate transportation and school operations and protocols as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum graduate with at least 2 years of experience in similar role preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written, is a must
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Problem-solving and customer care mindset
