Administrative Assistant, Partner Programs

The Partner Programs Team is a sales and Market-development team responsible for growing Wealth Enhancements participation on the Custodial Referral Programs (CRP) offered by our custodial partners.  

Role Description

The Administrative Assistant, Partner Programs is responsible for fulfilling responsibilities tied to Salesforce and organization within the Microsoft suite. This entry-level role requires proven organization skills, strong analytical and technology traits, and confident communication.

Job Functions

1. Prospect Lead Profile Administration (40%)

• Connect with custodians daily via proprietary portals and gather new prospect data
• Create or edit prospect profiles within Salesforce using new data and department coding.
• Communicate with sales and support teams when new prospect profiles have become available.
• Monitor department email inbox as it pertains to new prospect lead profiles

1. Data Administration (40%)

• Ensure Custodian Partner data is up to date within Salesforce.
• Create both annual and event campaigns within Salesforce.
• Regular audits of department data within Salesforce and other systems.
• Various excel tracking report upkeep.

1. Team Support (20%)

• Monitor systems and evolving process to ensure team continues to have appropriate access.
• Create reports and dashboards within excel and Salesforce, as needed.
• Update and evolve process documentation, as needed.
• Additional Salesforce processes, as needed.
• Projects to be assigned by Partner Programs leadership, as needed.
