Job Description

Location - Bangalore (Globel Tech Park, Kengeri)

Years of experience - 4 to 5 Years

Job Summary

• Raising Purchase request form & follow ups for PO.
• Creation of SRs, follow up for invoices /payment, all tracking, accruals /reversals.
• Employees welfare like coffee/tea, drinking water etc.
• Cost optimization in operational activities.
• Tracking of all Admin related consumables (Coffee/tea/drinking water/stationaries & etc.)
• Weekend activities report, Monthly reports on overall admin activities.
• Cafeteria management and HK management
• Support during client visits /Hospitality and coordinating with the stakeholders’/ Town hall/events.
• Facility Support during Modification/repair & maintenance
• Handling of compliance tool & updates /validation of statuary boards on regular basis
• EHS tracker /wastage inventory Tracker & updates to the central team/ involvement in EHS activity
• Admin Disposal of assets /Segregation/Preparation/list of disposals items
• IPM recovery of fees admin
• All admin check lists be updated.
• Asset inventory and Tagging of Asset as per Fixed assets record.
• No dues clearance for employees and tracking of ID collection.
• Supporting Petty cash/documentation/tracker.
• Taken care of weekend activities like building maintenance and operations based on requirements.
• Support is required during BCP situation for employees and organization

Technical Skills:

• All basic computer knowledge.
• Good if BMS operation knowledge
