Administration Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the canteen, ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining high standards.
• Oversee food production, quality control, and presentation to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, caterers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stocks, and optimize resource utilization.

Job Requirements :

• 15-24 years of experience in canteen management or related field (hotel/hospitality).
• Strong knowledge of plant administration and facilities management principles.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale cafeteria or restaurant operations.
