Administration Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Branch Infrastructure Management

• Set up new branches and vendor coordination
• Oversee maintenance of furniture, fixtures, electrical systems and IT infrastructure

2. Security & Risk Management

• Ensure strict compliance with security protocols
• Coordinate installation and upkeep of:
• CCTV surveillance systems
• Fire safety systems

3. Facility & Vendor Management

• Manage facility vendors including housekeeping, security maintenance and utility services
• Handle escalations related to facility issues across branches

4. Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements and regulatory norms
• Close audit observations within defined timelines

5. Asset Management

• Procurement Management of Office Stationery and other assets
• Maintain asset registers of:
• Office equipment
• Security systems
• Infrastructure items

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Post Graduate with 4 - 8 years of experience in administration / facility / infrastructure management
• Mandatory experience in BFSI sector
