Role & responsibilities

• Vendor Sourcing & Management: Identify, evaluate and coordinate with vendors for facility and administrative requirements.
• Canteen Management: Ensure smooth canteen operations, food quality, hygiene and vendor performance.
• Vendor Bill Clearance: Verify vendor invoices, supporting documents and ensure timely bill processing.
• Petty Cash Handling: Manage petty cash, maintain records and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Contract Labour Management: Coordinate contract manpower, attendance, statutory compliance and vendor-related activities.
• Transportation Management: Manage employee transportation, routes, schedules, vendor coordination and service efficiency.
• STP Maintenance: Monitor STP operations, preventive maintenance, housekeeping and statutory/environmental requirements.
• Facility Management: Oversee housekeeping, security, utilities, infrastructure and overall factory facility services.
• Cost & Service Optimization: Monitor administrative costs, vendor performance and identify opportunities for improving service quality and efficiency.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain required administrative records and support internal/external audits and statutory inspections.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate with 6 to 12 years of facility Management experiance,
