About this role
- Manage overall administrative operations of the organisation.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, transport, hostel and other support services.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the campus/office.
- Manage vendors, contractors and service providers, including negotiations and agreements.
- Monitor facility maintenance, repairs, utilities and infrastructure.
- Handle procurement of office/campus supplies and maintain inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security and statutory requirements.
- Manage administrative budgets, expenses and cost control.
- Maintain records, documentation and administrative reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Academics and other departments for operational requirements.
- Manage emergency situations and ensure appropriate safety protocols.
- Lead and supervise the administration/support staff and allocate responsibilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, discipline and proper facility management.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Report administrative activities, expenses and major issues to senior management.
