1. Job Summary

Amartex Industries Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admin Head to oversee the overall administration, facility management, infrastructure, security, housekeeping, transportation, and general services of the organization.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations across the Head Office, retail stores, warehouse, and other company locations. The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, cost control, compliance management, and coordination with senior management and multiple departments.

4. Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA in Operations, Administration, or Facility Management will be preferred.
• Certification in Facility Management, Safety, or Administration will be an added advantage.

5. Required Experience

• 12–18 years of overall experience in administration, facility management, or general services.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior administrative leadership role preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations, retail stores, warehouses, or corporate offices.
• Experience in vendor negotiations, budgeting, security, housekeeping, and infrastructure management.
• Experience in retail, textile, FMCG, manufacturing, or large-format organizations preferred.
