Administration Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Site Maintenance & Upkeep:
• Ensure regular maintenance of roads, drainage systems, streetlights, signage, and other common infrastructure within the plotted layout.
• Oversee cleanliness, garbage disposal, and landscaping/horticulture services.
• Vendor & Staff Management:
• Supervise outsourced staff including housekeeping, security, electricians,plumbers, and gardeners.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely service delivery and monitor contract compliance.
• Utilities Management:
• Monitor water supply, sewage treatment plant (STP), borewell operations, and electrical panels for efficient functioning.
• Handle basic complaints and coordinate repairs.
• Client & Resident Interface:
• Serve as the first point of contact for plot owners or residents for facility-related concerns.
• Maintain complaint logs and ensure timely resolution.
• Asset & Inventory Control:
• Maintain records of facility assets, tools, and consumables.
• Conduct periodic checks and report damages or discrepancies.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, fire safety checks, and periodic audits.
• Support in documentation for statutory compliances related to facilities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 4-7 years in facility management, preferably in real estate industry
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Technical background preferred.
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of facility equipment and systems.
• Ability to handle on-ground challenges independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting formats.
