Administration Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking of vehicles.
• Oversee fuel management systems to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with telecom providers for telecom expense management and invoicing.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and optimize fleet performance.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fuel management systems and practices.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience with telecom billing processes and procedures.
