Job Title: Admin / HR Executive
Experience: 2-4 Years
Job Description:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Manage employee leave, attendance, and related records.
- Coordinate joining and onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related queries.
- Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and joining coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain trackers.
- Ensure timely completion of HR processes and documentation.
- Support general office administration and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations and leave management.
- Good MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience in HR/Admin operations is preferred.
