FYXXOO – Service You Trust is expanding its B2B Home Services Operations team and looking for an experienced Admin – Sales & Operations professional.
Location: Bihar
Employment: Full-Time
Open for: Male & Female Candidates
Salary: 25,000 – 50,000/month
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Home Services / Field Service / Appliance / Furniture industry
Key Responsibilities• Manage daily sales & service operations
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, dealers & OEMs
• Manage job allocation, scheduling & follow-ups
• Monitor pending jobs, complaints & TAT
• Prepare MIS, operational reports & billing records
• Support B2B business development & client coordination
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales and field operations
Who We're Looking For3+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong communication & coordination skills
Good knowledge of Sales & Operations
Proficiency in Excel, CRM/ERP & reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and field teams
Experience in Appliance / Furniture / Installation / Repair / AMC services preferred
