Admin & Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily operational and administrative tasks
• Assist with proposal, presentation and sales document preparation and maintenance
• Keep accurate and up-to-date customer, prospect, and account data in the CRM
• Assist with tracking, data entry, and preparing reports and documentation
• Work with internal teams like Sales, Operations and Finance
• Help with vendor and client registration and paperwork
• Accurately maintain records of all correspondence and documents concerned with sales
• Provide assistance on follow-up tracking related to sales and associated coordination duties
• Undertake any other administrative duties assigned by the team

Candidate Requirements Expectations

• Fresh graduate / recent graduate, preferably in Computer Science
• Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• A basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT concepts
• Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• A basic knowledge of spreadsheets, documentation, and data entry
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams
