Role & responsibilities

• To Manage guest house services
• To ensure that all the company vehicles are maintained properly and always available for service
• To ensure that fuel management of the company vehicles include Capture km reading of the vehicle, along with mileage and average and submitted on monthly basis.
• To manage electrical and electronics items like AC, EPABX, Servo Stabilizer internet, Genset Lift etc.
• To Manage AMC of the equipment.
• Bank follow-ups whenever required.
• To Recruit Driver, Housekeeping staff whenever required and do provide them with training.
• To Make Attendance of Guest House Staff.
• Do Monthly Salary preparations.
• To ensure that office facilities are available of office facilities and prepare an MIS report showing space allocation facilities to be provided as per the grade wise checklist (telephone, computer, chair, Cabin, etc.)
• To Manage office stationery which includes send the request to procurement/ or place the order with the existing contracted vendor, generate MIS stating stationery purchased on a monthly basis
• To maintain utility services, define the requirements of the maintenance needed basis complaints received or replacement requirement
• To plan and execute the Employee welfare events
• To manage complaints- Receive complaints from employees, Understand the nature of complaint and identify the concerned authority for resolving the same
• Billing and documentation- To receive bills from vendors / contractors / service providers
