    • Coordinate with Infection Control and Nursing on cleaning protocols, disinfectants, spill management, isolation-area cleaning and infection-control observations.
    • Maintain checklists, complaint logs, material-usage controls, deep-cleaning plans, pest-control schedules and corrective-action records.
    • Verify outsourced manpower attendance and service delivery; share manpower discrepancies with HR and the vendor without assuming HR authority.
    Security & Safety Administration
    • Supervise the security agency, deployment roster, post instructions, uniforms, grooming, attendance and shift handovers.
    • Ensure access control for staff, patients, attendants, vendors and restricted areas; support visitor, material and vehicle movement controls.

    Transport & Vehicle Management
    • Maintain vehicle-wise files covering registration, insurance, permits, fitness, pollution certificate, tax, servicing, repair history, fuel and driver documentation.
