Role Purpose:

Lead facilities, infrastructure, workplace services, travel governance, vendor management, cost control and business continuity across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Administration strategy, annual operating plan, Opex/Capex budget and monthly variance management.
• Lead facilities and infrastructure across all offices, including expansion, renovation and workspace optimization.
• Own vendor sourcing/governance, contracts, SLA scorecards, renewals, performance reviews and cost negotiations.
• Govern security, housekeeping, pantry/cafeteria, transport, utilities, front-office and workplace services.
• Own Travel Desk governance, policy compliance, vendor strategy, travel cost control and management reporting.
• Own AMC planning, preventive maintenance, asset governance and facility insurance coordination.
• Lead workplace health & safety, emergency preparedness, evacuation readiness and BCP administration.
• Drive sustainability initiatives including energy, waste and resource optimization.
• Manage VIP/client visit hospitality and major event logistics governance.
• Lead, coach and review two Team Leaders and three Junior Executives.
• Provide monthly Administration dashboard covering spending, SLA, travel, vendor performance, incidents and projects and Goals achievement.

Key Deliverables / Success Measures

• Budget variance within approved threshold.
• Facility uptime and workplace service SLA achievement.
• Vendor scorecards completed and corrective actions closed.
• Travel policy compliance and measurable cost optimization.
• Zero major site compliance/safety lapses.
• Infrastructure projects delivered to approved scope, timeline and budget.
