Admin Manager

1. Oversee day-to-day administration and facility management of the manufacturing plant.
2. Manage security, housekeeping, transportation, and canteen operations.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and safety regulations.
4. Supervise vendor management, annual maintenance contracts, and asset management.
5. Handle employee welfare, discipline, and grievance redressal.
6. Implement cost-effective administrative practices without compromising quality.
7. Maintain records, reports, and documentation for audits and inspections.
8. Ex-Army / Defence background candidates will be given preference.
