Admin - IT Asset Management

Role & responsibilities

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Administration, or IT Support.
• Experience with Asset Management Tools and ERP systems will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, audits, and disposal.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware, software licenses, and related IT resources.
• Conduct periodic asset audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare MIS reports on asset utilization, aging, warranty status, and stock levels.
• Coordinate with IT teams for asset allocation, recovery, repairs, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Manage vendor coordination, warranty claims, and AMC-related activities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Administration, or a related field.
• IT Asset Management certification will be an added advantage.
