About the Role
We're hiring our first Admin & HR Executive, a generalist who can own day-to-day operations and people processes. This is a high-ownership role: you'll wear multiple hats, set up processes from scratch, and grow as the company grows.
What You'll Do
Admin & Operations
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
- Handle documentation, invoicing support, and record-keeping
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Set up and maintain internal processes and tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, trackers)
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for new hires
- Recruit freelancers and annotators for AI data projects (coding, evaluation, and annotation work)
- Manage onboarding: documentation, access setup, and orientation
- Maintain a pipeline of vetted freelance talent for ongoing projects
What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in admin, HR, operations, or a similar generalist role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized — comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping things on track without reminders
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or MS Office
- Based in Pune or willing to work hybrid from Pune
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting freelancers or gig workers (LinkedIn, job boards, freelance platforms)
- Familiarity with the AI/tech industry or curiosity about it
- Experience at a startup or small company
