    The Opportunity
    As an Admin Executive at Quadra, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our operational resilience and driving seamless IT and administrative support across the organization. This position offers the ability to influence system efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and uphold business continuity through proactive management and deployment of IT assets. Your efforts will directly empower our workforce to focus on strategic objectives by ensuring dependable infrastructure and high-quality service delivery.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Configure and deploy laptops: Enhance employee onboarding and productivity through rapid and accurate equipment setup
    • Manage and maintain the company s network infrastructure: Optimize system uptime and enable robust operational workflows
    • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues: Minimize business disruption and maximize performance with targeted problem resolution
    • Maintain inventory of IT assets: Ensure transparent usage and cost-effective allocation of resources for organizational agility
    • Manage ticket booking systems for travel: Streamline business travel processes and secure compliance with organizational protocols
    • Support team work across departments: Foster collaborative environments by delivering consistent and responsive IT administration
    • Deliver clear communication to stakeholders: Facilitate actionable updates and support requests for efficient business operations

    • Primary Technologies: Configure and deploy laptops, Manage and maintain the company s network infrastructure, Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues

    • Databases & Systems: Asset management tools, Network monitoring utilities
