Job Summary Responsibilities

• Manage office facilities, housekeeping, and day-to-day admin operations
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and repairs
• Handle travel bookings and logistics for team and client visits
• Coordinate with Finance on vendor invoices and admin-related payments

Must-Have Skills / Screening Criteria

• Organised and proactive; comfortable managing multiple vendors simultaneously
• Working knowledge of MS Excel for tracking admin expenses and inventory
