Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused "Admin Cum Customer Care Executive" to manage front-office administration, customer communication, query resolution, documentation, and day-to-day administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, emails, queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.
- Manage front-office operations, visitor handling, correspondence, and courier activities.
- Maintain administrative records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and support pantry and facility management activities.
- Maintain office inventory, stationery, and administrative supplies.
- Assist with billing records, invoices, vouchers, petty cash, and expense documentation.
- Prepare MIS and operational reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate meetings, events, distributor meets, and guest visits.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office & Advanced Excel
- Strong administrative & coordination skills
- Good documentation and reporting ability
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Profile:
- Fluency in English must.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in Administration / Customer Care / Front Office / Coordination preferred.
- Candidates with FMCG/Corporate office experience will be preferred.
