Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Admin Apprentice to support day-to-day administrative operations. The role offers hands-on exposure to administrative operations within a fast-paced healthcare organization. As an Apprentice, you will gain practical experience in vendor coordination, data-driven reporting, and process improvement, while working closely with cross-functional teams to support the organization's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data analyzing and reporting
- Market/product research for admin-related material and services
- Working on special projects and new initiatives
- Creating trackers and driving process automation
- Supporting the commercial team in vendor sourcing
Eligibility Criteria
- Final - year students or recent graduates (any stream)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
