We are looking for a proactive and organised Executive – CMD Office to support the Secretary to CMD in managing assignments, documentation, coordination and departmental follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track CMD assignments, deadlines and follow-ups
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales, Operations, Marketing, E-commerce and other departments
• Draft professional emails, letters, reports and meeting minutes
• Maintain Excel trackers, records and pending action reports
• Coordinate meetings and appointments
• Follow up on proposals and business-related assignments
• Escalate delays and ensure timely task closure

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong English communication and professional Hindi
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email
• Strong follow-up, coordination and documentation skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
