About the Role:

Aditya Birla Capital Limited is looking for dynamic Wealth Professionals to manage Institutional Sales business. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with affluent clients, corporates, financial institutions, and investment specialists to deliver fixed income solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and manage Corporate, and Institutional clients.

- Drive client retention, portfolio deepening, and revenue growth.

- Collaborate with research and product teams to enhance client engagement.

- Achieve sales, AUM, and fee income targets.

- Build strong referral networks and expand market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, Treasury Sales.

- Strong network in the local HNI and corporate ecosystem.

- Sound understanding of investment products, financial markets, and asset allocation.

- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skill.
