Adaptive Autosar Product Owner

Role Summary

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Adaptive AUTOSAR platform solutions for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs), bridging product needs, business goals, and engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmap, strategy, and feature prioritization.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Drive Agile planning, PI planning, release management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Guide platform evolution across Adaptive AUTOSAR services such as Communication, Execution Management, Persistency, Diagnostics, Cybersecurity, and OTA.
• Support product growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in Automotive Software Development; 3+ years in Product Owner/Product Management role.
• Strong expertise in Adaptive AUTOSAR, SOA, SOME/IP, Linux/POSIX, Middleware, SDV architectures.
• Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434).
• Experience with Agile/SAFe, Jira/Azure DevOps, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
