AD Transformation | RCM Healthcare | Immediate Joiners Only

We are looking out for someone from RCM Healthcare domain, having experience of managing Transformation , Automation projects.

1. Min 10 years of relevant experience, out of which min 4-5 years at Manager/Sr Manager level
2. The candidate must have good understanding of provider-side Revenue Cycle Management, including front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end operations.
3. The candidate must demonstrate experience leading large-scale transformation programs across healthcare operations.
4. Good communication skills
5. Familiar with all new & relevant technologies
6. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
