Ad Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for advertising revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., programming, production) to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive sales growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, radio sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers at major brands.
