About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of Google Ad Manager (GAM) accounts. You will be the go-to person for keeping accounts healthy and compliant, resolving issues quickly and making sure publishers ad setups run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day GAM operations, ensuring accounts and ad setups run smoothly.
Handle policy-related issues, including reviewing policy violations, identifying root causes and getting them resolved quickly.
Manage account terminations and related processes, including appeals, follow-ups and documentation.
Set up and manage Unified Pricing Rules (UPR) and ensure they are configured correctly and updated as needed.
Carry out quality assurance (QA) on ad setups, creatives, line items and tags to catch errors before they affect revenue.
Handle support tickets, including raising, tracking and following up with Google and other partners until closure.
Troubleshoot ad serving, delivery and reporting issues, and coordinate with internal teams (account management, product, engineering and demand) to resolve them.
Maintain trackers, documentation and process notes for all operational activities.
Meet operational requirements as they arise, flagging risks and suggesting improvements to existing processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
Fresher or up to 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager.
Good understanding of ad operations, including ad serving, line items, creatives, inventory, and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to QA.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and work through them logically.
Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
Good to Have
Familiarity with Google policies (e.g. AdSense, AdMob, GAM policy centre) and the appeals process.
Basic understanding of programmatic advertising, header bidding and ad networks.
GAM certification or relevant ad-ops internship experience.
