Our Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads (one platform in depth or multi-platform breadth).
• Comfort with keyword/audience research, conversion tracking setup and bulk tools/editors.
• Strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to turn data into concise recommendations.
• Clear written and spoken English for client communication and documentation.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar role.
• Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification.
• Experience with SaaS products related to digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Build, launch and optimise campaigns on at least one major platform (Google, Microsoft, Meta or LinkedIn).
• Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPL, CTR) and diagnose performance swings with data driven fixes.
• Reporting Insights: Produce white label weekly/monthly reports in Optmyzr and translate data into clear recommendations.
• Client Collaboration: Join partner agency calls, capture objectives, set expectations and explain optimisation decisions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current on platform updates, new betas and industry trends; share learnings with the wider team.
