Acumatica Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Acumatica ERP solutions.
• Configure and implement Acumatica ERP modules based on client needs.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
• Perform system testing (UAT) and assist with data migration.
• Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training.
• Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Distribution, Inventory, Manufacturing, or CRM modules.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and ERP configuration.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data migration concepts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Acumatica ERP certification (preferred).
• Experience with ERP integrations and third-party applications.
• Exposure to implementation methodologies and project documentation.
