Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Active Directory Expert with strong knowledge of AD administration, troubleshooting, Azure AD, Office 365, and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and troubleshoot Active Directory trusts.
• Manage AD infrastructure including FSMO roles, replication, DNS, and Kerberos.
• Handle AD service requests and resolve AD-related issues.
• Administer and support Azure AD and Office 365 environments.
• Configure and manage GPOs, AD permissions, and OU structures.
• Perform AD monitoring, reporting, and security management.
• Troubleshoot DNS, WSUS, DFS/DFSR, and Windows Server issues.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
• Provide L2/L3 support and excellent customer service.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of KMS activation, RDP licensing, and Windows patching.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in enterprise environments.
