Acquisition Relationship Manager - Retail Branch Banking

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales of banking products such as Current Accounts, CASA deposits, Insurance, and other retail liabilities.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of bank's products to existing customers.
  
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts (KYC) to grow revenue streams.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
