Acquisition of High End Current / Savings Accounts

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to drive sales growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field (e.g., banking, finance).
• Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products and services.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers or increasing revenue through effective sales techniques.
